Founded in 2009, THE-MEWS is an independent communications consultancy based in Sydney.
We are specialists in the beauty, retail, pet care, health, wellbeing, food and beverage categories. We call these the “HAPPY” brands because at a basic human level, they exist to help consumers feel better about themselves.
Our purpose is therefore to give your brand an emotional advantage by telling its unique story.

Prior to founding THE-MEWS in 2009, Alicia Coughlan worked for a decade both agency and client side in Sydney and London. She specialises in building brands through integrated PR and marketing campaigns.
Alicia likes to work directly with clients, recognising the need to maximise results with a friendly and personalised service.
